The 15th anniversary of the founding of Nanjing BenQ Medical Center
Exhibition of Scientific Research and Education Achievements
Nanjing BenQ Medical Center is committed to constructing a college hospital integrating medical treatment, education, research, and operation. Nanjing BenQ Medical Center Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University was officially inaugurated in March 2009, and became a teaching hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the same year.
It was included in the management of the Fourth Clinical Medical College of Nanjing Medical University in May 2011 and became a teaching hospital of Southeast University Medical College in 2013. It has established teaching cooperation with more than a dozen medical colleges and universities from China, HongKong and Taiwan. It was awarded with the title of Jiangsu Provincial Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base in 2018, and completed the filing of a drug clinical trial institution and passed the first supervisory inspection organized by the Jiangsu Provincial Drug Administration in 2020. Over the past fifteen years, Nanjing BenQ Medical Center has established a complete teaching management system, for steadily improving teaching quality and achieving remarkable results in education work. It implemented collaboration among hospitals and integration of hospital and medical colleges, and established research and innovation platforms such as Academicians' Workstations, Central Laboratory, Surgical Laboratory, and the Clinical Translational Research Center for Surgery Infection and Immunity of Nanjing Medical University by relying on these universities and leveraging the technical and resource advantages of the academicians' teams. It has increased its number of research programs and their research results year by year.
It has undertaken over two hundred programs of various types for National Natural Science Funds and Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Funds, and published more than a hundred of SCI papers. It has actively built domestic and international academic exchange platforms and conducted academic activities to promote the sustainable development of the collaborations in medical treatment, education and research.
