In the context of collaboration between medical treatment and education, relying on Nanjing Medical University, Nanjing BenQ Medical Center has cultivated a team of teachers with high education standards, established a complete teaching management system, improved its education quality steadily, and achieved numerous outstanding results in education.

It has undertaken over two hundred programs, either longitudinal or lateral, funded by the National Science and Natural Science Funds and the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Natural Science Funds, etc., and published over one hundred SCI papers. It has won more than ten awards, including the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award, Ruihua Medical Award, and Jiangsu Introduction Award of New Technology, etc., and been granted over a hundred patents. Through inter-hospital cooperation and hospital-college integration, it has introduced professors from domestic and foreign universities such as Washington University and Massachusetts General Hospital of Harvard University, establishing a dedicated scientific research team. In addition, it has constructed new platforms for scientific and technological innovation and research, including the Central Laboratory, Surgery Laboratory, and the Clinical Transformation Research Center on Surgical Infection and Immunity of Nanjing Medical University.
